What happens if I do not want to have the ordered product?

How does a return or how do I behave in a warranty case?
 
Our products are designed and manufactured according to the latest standards for the most diverse applications of our customers.
 
If, contrary to expectations, one of our products does not meet your expectations or requirements, you can, of course, return it to us within the scope of the legal right of return (see also our GTC). For this it is sufficient for us to pick up the product purchased in the original packaging at our expense by parcel service.
 
Products that need to be shipped on pallets are collected from us. For a smooth process of the return, we ask you always to attach a copy of the invoice and the delivery note.
 
In case of warranty, the necessary repair or replacement will be carried out directly by KERN. For this it is sufficient to send the device to us, we take over the rest.

Can purchased software be returned?
 
You may return software on disk within 14 days of purchase, provided that the shrink wrap is undamaged or the seal is intact. Otherwise we can not take back the goods unfortunately.
 
How long is the warranty period?
