See balance model. Universal mains adapter: with universal input and optional input socket adapters for EU, GB, USA Electromagnetic force compensation: A counterforce is created by means of a coil in a permanent magnet. This counterforce is the same as the load of the weight being measured on the scale and therefore maintains the balance. The measured value is calculated via the change in the coil current.
