Force gauges with internal sensor

The digital force gauges from SAUTER have selectable units, programmable high / low setpoints and output peaks or continuous data for acquisition using optional data acquisition software in USB, RS232, digital and analog formats. The digital measuring devices from SAUTER with low capacity measure ranges up to 10 N, the measuring devices with high capacity measure up to 1000 N and our force measuring device with external measuring cell even measures up to 100000 N. Each set contains a selection of attachments and a hard plastic carrying case .

Mount a force gauge on a test bench for highly specialized force measurement applications such as:

  • - Peel tester for packaging, tapes and laminates
  • - Pull the testers by the terminals to crimp
  • - Breakdown testers for the strength of wall panels, packaging and fruit hardness
  • - Spring tester for compression or tension springs
  • - Pressure tester for springs and switches
  • - Strength testers for adhesives and welds
  • - Drag the scales for weight or trigger sensitivity

<h2>SAUTER FS Premium force gauge</h2> <h3>with integrated measuring cell (optional) and connection possibility for up to 4 external measuring cells</h3> <h4>Use with integrated measuring cell</h4> <p>The SAUTER FS premium force gauge has an integrated measuring cell for tensile and compressive force applications. Whether mobile for rapid testing or stationary integrated into a test stand or production line, the multifunction display allows all the values recorded to be read off at a glance in real time. Via the integrated interface, the data can be sent to a PC or laptop for further processing.</p> <h4>Use with external measuring cells</h4> <p>The SAUTER FS premium force gauge is compatible with all SAUTER strain gauge measuring cells. Up to 4 external measuring cells can be connected simultaneously. If all available external measuring channels are used, the internal measuring cell is deactivated as long as an external measuring cell is connected.</p> <ul><li>3.5" touch screen</li> <li>Standard version with 2 or 4 measuring channels for external force sensors (subsequently expandable from 2 to 4)</li> <li>An internal measuring cell possible (is deactivated if an external measuring cell is plugged into slot 1)</li> <li>Suitable for 4-wire and 6-wire sensors with strain gauges</li> <li>Two-point adjustment with weights or numerical adjustment is possible</li> <li>The specific data of an external sensor are stored directly in the connector</li> <li>USB interface for programming, data transfer and power supply</li> <li>Integrated SD card memory</li> <li>Adjustable SI units: kg, N, kN, Nm, kNm</li> <li>Tolerance function</li> <li>TRACK function for continuous display of the measurement</li> <li>Peak value measurement</li> <li>Mountable on SAUTER test benches</li> <li>Simultaneous measurement on up to four channels.
