With it 220 mm cutting area, the compact entry-level model is ideal for small products such as cold cuts and sausages. Regardless of whether thick or thin slices are desired, the cutting thickness is infinitely adjustable between 0 and 14 mm. The knife made of special steel ensures optimal cutting results. The sled is removable for easy cleaning. All models are equipped with an air-cooled motor that has a quiet drive.
